It is important that you are proud of your achievements and acknowledge them. Consider your successes as valuable experiences and use them as a basis for future challenges.
3. STAY AUTHENTIC
Always be yourself and try not to be someone else to please others. This won't help you become more confident, but only cause insecurity.
4. POSITIVE SELF-TALK
Practice positive self-talk: Avoid negative thoughts and formulate positive statements about yourself. Repeat them daily to strengthen your self-confidence.
